Dear citizens of Taoyuan,

To better understand public awareness and needs regarding HIV prevention and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), we sincerely invite you to take this short survey.

You will answer 6 questions covering basic STI knowledge, transmission, prevention, testing, and treatment.

Participants who answer all questions correctly will receive 15 Health Points. A total of 4,000 rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to one reward per Citizen Card App.
